I am committed to 3D visualization on the neurons and brain regions, and provide the structural basic for brain-inspired intelligence.

My current research interests focus on the following directions:

• 3D reconstruction of single neuron model based on neuron dataset.
• 3D neuron models of brain regions were drawn according to 2D high-pixel mouse brain slice images.
• 3D reconstruction of brain region structure model, including rat brain and human brain.

Structure is the basic of function. Three-dimensional reconstruction of neuron model and brain model is very important for exploring the nature of brain and intelligence. But there is a huge number of neurons in human brain，and the connections between neurons are complex，it is a very difficult job.
